Where virtual learning environments emerge at the speed of your imagination
Using RezMela's Malleable Linkset technology to demonstrate a STEM educational application

Valence shell electron pair repulsion (VSEPR) theory is a model used, in chemistry, to predict the geometry of individual molecules from the number of electron pairs surrounding their central atoms. RezMela provides the Malleable Linkset technology that allows instructors and students to build virtual molecular construction kits. The ability to build together molecular representations in a virtual environment provides ample opportunities for engaging classroom discussions about basic relevant concepts. In the animation below, an instructor is shown constructing a methane molecule.

The following example is another demonstration of the molecular construction kit implemented using the Malleable Linkset technology. Here, the instructor is constructing a benzene molecule.
